Role: Data Administrator

Type: Contract

The Data Administrator is responsible for the accurate entry, update and maintenance of approved product data within Agile PLM, Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Fusion Product Development / Product Data Hub (PD/PDH).

Responsibilities

· 1–3 years of product data administration, master data maintenance, engineering change administration or comparable data-entry experience.

· Create and maintain approved item master records in Agile PLM, Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Fusion.

· Enter approved product attributes, classifications, product hierarchy values, lifecycle phases and organisation assignments.

· Create and update revisions and Bills of Materials (BOMs) from approved source documentation.

· Maintain approved manufacturer or supplier information and controlled product documents or attachments, where applicable.

· Support product data alignment, cleansing and migration activities between systems.

· Perform basic completeness and accuracy checks against approved source information.

· Record completed transactions and update assigned status trackers.

· Experience using Agile PLM, Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud Fusion PD/PDH is required.

· Experience maintaining item data, BOMs, revisions, product attributes or supporting documentation.

· Experience working within a controlled change management environment is preferred.
