For a specific project situation, we are looking for external service providers to strengthen our consulting team.

Project Situation:

We are looking for an experienced consultant with a focus on Data & AI to support our team at a client in a regulated industry in structuring ongoing AI projects (including the use of Microsoft Copilot/M365, GenAI tender, [AMP – please spell out]), differentiating them from each other, and developing a robust implementation plan.

Responsibilities

A. Structuring and Managing AI Projects

B. Decision Proposals and Stakeholder Management

C. Process Optimization

• Inventory and conceptual definition of parallel AI initiatives to avoid overlaps
• Creation of milestone and project plans (e.g., Gantt) for the implementation of AI solutions such as M365 Copilot
• Determination of prerequisites, responsibilities, and personnel and financial expenditures
• Assessment of risks and application areas, including clearly defined use cases
• Comparative evaluation of different AI products and approaches
• Preparation of concise, decision-ready presentations for committees and management
• Coordination with business departments, IT, and cross-functional boards
• Integration of best practices from other market participants or organizations
• Identification of automation and AI potentials in existing processes, including in the SAP environment

Job facts: Direct client project

• Several years of experience in Data, AI, or Analytics, ideally with a strategic digitalization background
• Demonstrable project experience in regulated industries
• Knowledge of GenAI solutions (e.g., Microsoft Copilot), including issues related to data protection, governance, and operation
• SAP experience with a focus on process optimization
• Confident handling of project and milestone planning
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex issues concisely and positively for decision-makers
• Independent, self-responsible work and confident demeanor with the client as part of the ZELOS team
• Understanding of AI as a tool where people – employees and customers – are the focus
