• Collect, explore, and analyze data from various sources (CRM, sales, customer profiles, customer journeys).
• Conduct quantitative studies and in-depth analyses to identify trends, behaviors, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop SQL queries to extract, cross-reference, and transform data needed for analyses.
• Use Dataiku to prepare, process, and analyze data in a Big Data environment.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to their reliability.
• Design and evolve interactive dashboards in Qlik Sense.
• Produce reports and analyses for business teams.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and relevance of the data presented.
• Automate and optimize recurring processes and reports.
• Gather and analyze the needs of business teams to translate them into actionable analyses.
• Support users in reading and interpreting results.
• Formulate concrete recommendations and identify levers for optimizing commercial performance and customer knowledge.
• Present study results clearly, concisely, and adapted to the audience.
• Be proactive in the continuous improvement of analyses and decision-making tools.
