Data Analyst

Project overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst for a 3-month renewable mission in Chartres.

Context:

As part of the Data Metrology Squad and the production of dashboards related to Initiative 9 (Software Rationalization)

Project details

As part of the Agile operation of the Data & Metrology Squad for work environments, dedicated to the production of dashboards, analytical reports, and usage monitoring (workstations and associated applications), we are looking for a Data Analyst with a good command of the workstation environment.

The objective is to contribute to data valorization in order to steer the usage and adoption of the solutions provided.

Main missions:

Interact with internal teams and participate in requirements gathering workshops

Understand business challenges and translate them into actionable analytical problems

Study and write specifications for the expected metrology reports

Collect, analyze, and cross-reference data from multiple sources (SQL DB, Active Directory, Azure Cloud, Microsoft Graph, Service NOW, etc.)

Design and develop relevant and decision-oriented dashboards

Perform statistical analyses to identify trends, usage, and optimization areas

Write technical architecture documents related to use cases

Document dashboards to facilitate their reading and appropriation by users

Support teams in understanding indicators, calculations, and presented data

On the Chartres site, occasional travel to other Group sites is possible.
