Responsibilities

We are looking for a Research Specialist / Data Analyst to support the analysis of customer and audience research data. This role is aimed at a specialist who is comfortable working independently with large datasets. The main goal of the assignment is to turn research and behavioral data into clear, actionable insights and actionable conclusions to support business decisions and content development.

• Strong SQL skills
• Experience analyzing large customer and research data
• Ability to work independently with larger datasets and turn findings into clear conclusions
• Ability to turn findings into clear conclusions and communicate insights effectively to different stakeholders.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with an ability to see the bigger picture behind the data.
• Fluent written and spoken skills in both Finnish and English.
• Experience building or working with data-driven AI solutions
• Previous experience in the media industry or working with consumer data.
• Duration: 6 months
• Location: Helsinki, 2-3 days per week at the office
• Language: Finnish and English required
