We are looking for a Data Analyst (m/f/d) Data & AI / Register Modernization, Remote for one of our clients on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Consulting and interface function between specialist departments, business analysis, and Data & AI Engineering
• Development of an end-to-end target picture for data-based processes and system landscapes
• Methodological support for data field and form analyses, including categorization and evaluation criteria
• Analysis, standardization, and consolidation of data fields, including duplicate cleansing
• Requirements gathering and conceptualization of data-driven use cases in the areas of Data Analytics, ML, and AI
• Execution of data analyses as well as conceptualization, implementation, and monitoring of reports and dashboards
• Support in the development of data pipelines and ML models
• Consolidation of results from various working groups and documentation of concepts and recommendations for action

• IT-related degree (STEM, Digital Business Management, or similar) and at least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, or alternatively 5 years without a relevant degree
• At least one Azure certification (AI Engineer, Data Engineer, or Data Science)
• At least two certifications (CAP, Tableau Desktop Associate, IBM Data Analyst, Microsoft Data Analyst Associate/Power BI, or comparable)
• German language skills at least C1 and English language skills at least B1
• Experience in consulting specialist departments and IT, as well as knowledge of statistics, data management, data architecture, visualization, and ML
• Advanced Python skills, including analytics and ML libraries
• Experience with BI/Analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Tosca)
• Knowledge of Big Data technologies (Kafka, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience in methodical data field and form analysis (approach, categorization, evaluation criteria)
• Demonstrable expertise in register modernization, Once-Only principle, register connection, and register information
• Practical experience in data field analysis, standardization, and duplicate cleansing
• Experience in consolidating results from parallel working groups

Project Background:

As part of a digitalization project in the public sector, a holistic end-to-end target picture for data-based processes and system landscapes is being developed. The focus is on the analysis, standardization, and consolidation of data fields and forms, as well as the optimization of data exchange, taking into account register modernization and the Once-Only principle. The goal is to develop a consistent overall picture and to conceptualize data-driven use cases using modern analytics, BI, and AI technologies.
