Data Analyst Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and SQL

Project overview

For a demanding project in the area of Data and Business Intelligence, we are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with a focus on Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and SQL.

Responsibilities

You will analyze existing data landscapes and design and implement the migration to modern Microsoft technologies. Your core tasks include the development of ELT and ETL processes with SQL and Python, data modeling, DAX calculations, quality assurance, testing, logging, monitoring, and comprehensive documentation.

Requirements

You bring at least five years of proven experience in the design and implementation of productive data and business intelligence solutions with Microsoft Fabric. The same applies to the development of Power BI solutions, including semantic models and DAX-based calculation logic. At least five years of experience in the development of ELT and ETL processes with SQL and Python are required. Additionally, you should be able to demonstrate at least three years of experience with AI-supported methods and tools for supporting data development projects.

Advantageous are experiences in the migration of established business intelligence landscapes, performance optimization of Power BI models, analysis of Qlik solutions, as well as deep knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.

You communicate factually precise and understandable in German.
