- Collect and analyze stakeholder needs, then formalize requests when necessary
- Identify useful data for analysis, collect, clean, and prepare it
- Define relationships and indexing between data to meet new needs
- Analyze data to identify trends, developments, and patterns
- Design visualizations to make results accessible and understandable
- Present your analyses and formulate concrete recommendations to business stakeholders
- Use the results obtained to contribute to the improvement of offers, services, and processes
- Document your analyses and methods, while ensuring compliance with data governance, quality, security, and confidentiality rules
