• Strategic consulting, conception, and further development of data platforms and data & analytics solutions in complex corporate structures;
• Development of target visions, transformation roadmaps, and concepts for the strategic introduction of Business Intelligence and Microsoft Fabric platforms;
• Implementation of enablement approaches and empowering business departments for the sustainable establishment of Self-Service Analytics at the interface between business and IT;
• Consulting on Data & Analytics initiatives and accompanying agile implementation processes using Microsoft Fabric, Azure DevOps, and SAFe.
