• Responsible for supporting the budgeting and investment planning process, including the further digitalization and centralization of budget data
• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various internal and external sources to provide substantiated insights
• Assisting with the preparation and follow-up of budgets and multi-year investment plans, from both a technical and financial perspective
• Advising internal stakeholders on long-term planning, budget management, and decision-making
• Collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders for the coordination and alignment of budget processes
• Identifying and implementing optimizations and best practices for data management, data access, and information processing
• Developing a central data solution by migrating existing Excel-based processes to a database environment
• Setting up systems for historization and traceability of data, changes, assumptions, and scenarios
• Supporting users with data entry, interfaces, bulk processing, and process optimizations
• Providing communication, knowledge sharing, and training on data and budget processes
• Acting as a facilitator and coordinator to ensure coherence between information, processes, and stakeholders
• Possible involvement in the further development of user interfaces and reporting solutions
• At least 5 years of experience as a BI Consultant or in a similar data-driven role
• At least 5 years of experience with data management, data governance, data modeling, and historization
• At least 3 years of experience with data processing and data analysis using Databricks, Python, and Power BI
• Experience with ETL processes and setting up data solutions
• Knowledge of audit trails, data governance, and reporting tools
• Experience with requirements analysis is a plus
• Affinity with technical or asset-related environments is an added value
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch (CEFR level C2)
• Strong knowledge of Databricks, Python, and Power BI
• Experience with data modeling, historization, and data architecture
• Insight into data governance, traceability, and data quality management
• Familiar with data integration, reporting, and analysis processes
• Strong analytical skills and ability to approach complex issues conceptually
• Experience with information analysis and data preparation
• Ability to think strategically and from a helicopter view without losing sight of the operational aspect
• Results-oriented, proactive, and takes initiative
