Data & Migration Lead – ERP Transformation

Project overview

Mission Description

Following a merger of structures, Phase 0 aims to lay the foundations for a unified operating model supported by a single Cloud ERP platform. As Data & Migration Lead, you will operationally (hands-on) build the complete inventory of data objects, mapping the two legacy system environments (Oracle E-Business Suite ~1,900 users and Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016 ~700 users) to the target ERP structure. You will assess each data object for migration and AI integration, define alignment/merge rules (match-and-merge), and establish quality and governance rules for the integration tender specifications.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

Complete, documented, and scored inventory of all Finance, HR, and Procurement data objects (general ledger, sub-ledgers, customers, suppliers, bank, payroll, HR, etc.).

Prioritized data remediation and cleansing plan based on anomaly severity.

"Data" section of the integrator tender document (objects in scope, volumes, history, quality baselines, testing and cutover standards).

Mapping of data flows and temporary integration flows assessed for criticality and legal/fiscal requirements (DSN, DMFA, electronic invoicing).

Data governance model: assignment of Data Owners, Stewards, standards, and business glossary.

Data specifications for AI (discrepancy scoring, "Golden Records", cleansed taxonomies).

Candidate Profile

Experience: 8+ years in data migration or governance on large ERP transformation programs.

"Hands-on" Technical Skills: Excellent command of SQL, data modeling, and data profiling across heterogeneous environments.

Legacy ERP Expertise: Direct experience with the data models of Oracle E-Business Suite AND Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Cloud Migration: Proven experience migrating on-premise legacy ERPs to Cloud ERP and HCM platforms.

Master Data Management (MDM): In-depth mastery of MDM concepts, match-and-merge rules, and "Golden Record" creation in multi-entity groups.

Compliance: Practical knowledge of GDPR (UK & EU) applied to HR and payroll data, including sensitive data.

Languages: Fluent professional English (French is a plus).

Desirable Criteria

Experience with post-merger migration in a multi-ERP context.

Knowledge of regulatory/statutory requirements in Belgium, France, and the Netherlands (e-invoicing, DSN, DMFA).

Experience in preparing data for RAG engines, vector search, and AI agents (MCP).

Hybrid – London (UK) + regular travel to Paris and Brussels

Contractual Status / IR35: Service Provider / Contractor (Intended Outside IR35)

Working Language: Fluent English mandatory (French is an asset)
