Backround

A client building industrial software for heavy-asset industries (energy, chemicals, utilities) is looking for a senior Data & Platform Architect. The role owns the target architecture for the client's shared data, knowledge and platform services, so that products, integrations and AI features are built on secure, scalable and well-governed foundations. This is a new role and one of the client's most pressing needs right now.

Purpose of the role:

  • Define the target architecture and transition roadmap for shared data, knowledge and platform services
  • Build the ontology and knowledge-graph foundation that connects industrial assets, systems, documents, workflows and operational data
  • Make the platform AI-ready: enterprise search, semantic discovery and contextual retrieval for AI-assisted and decision-support features
  • Start: 2026-12-01
  • Location: Norway, NO
