Data Product Owner

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Product Owner to support a Data & Analytics team in managing strategic projects focused on data valorization and operational performance.

Responsibilities

Profile sought:

• Gather, analyze, and scope business needs.
• Translate business challenges into concrete Data solutions.
• Manage the product backlog and write User Stories.
• Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Demonstrations).
• Coordinate communication between business teams and Data teams (Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, DataViz).
• Design and evolve management dashboards.
• Define and harmonize performance indicators.
• Participate in the prioritization of functional evolutions.
• Monitor solution adoption and produce associated reports.
• Write technical and functional specifications and support acceptance testing phases.
• More than 7 years of experience as a Data Product Owner, Data Translator, or Business Product Owner.
• Excellent command of SQL, ideally on BigQuery.
• Good knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience in Data Visualization (Tableau, Looker Studio/Data Studio, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in Jira and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with high-volume Data projects.
• Experience in the retail or mass distribution sector is a real asset.
