Data Project Manager / Asset Management

Project overview

We are looking for a Data Project Manager / Asset Management for a 4-month renewable mission in Paris 13th.

The selected consultant will join the Data department of Natixis IM OS. They will be responsible for leading a strategic project consisting of formalizing a detailed framework for Data services and offerings for the Insurance Subsidiary.

The consultant will need to formalize client needs addressing the challenges of the client's various departments (Investment Department, Financial Department, Impact Department, and Risk Department). Based on these needs, they will coordinate (and/or rely on) several stakeholders (Data Administration and Data teams, Product and Services Offering team, and Architecture team) in order to:

These elements can be produced by segmenting data by domains consistent with the data visions of IM OS and the subsidiary, and with the priorities of the Insurance subsidiary's needs.

The study should also help clarify the Golden Sources at the insurance subsidiary according to data domains and desired uses.

• Define a target TOM
• Define a target Architecture
• Define the expected quality levels and controls
• Define a target pricing offer
• Define an implementation schedule and costing
• The sought-after consultant must have more than 10 years of project management experience.
• They must have very good functional knowledge in Asset Management and Data.
• They must have very good soft skills and will be required to lead workshops as well as project committees and steering committees.
