Project Management
What you should bring
- Analysis of existing firm and client processes
- Development of digitalization concepts in the DATEV environment
- Conducting workshops and process recordings
- Consulting on DATEV Unternehmen online and related DATEV solutions
- Support in introducing digital collaboration between law firms and clients
- Accompanying companies in the digitalization of commercial processes
- Introduction of digital incoming and outgoing invoice processes
- Optimization of document, approval, and accounting processes
- Training of users and key users
- Support in connecting upstream systems and interfaces
- Management of digitalization projects
- Coordination with law firms, clients, and internal teams
- Documentation of project results
- Development of best practices and standards
- Reporting to our Head of Consulting
- Experience in the DATEV environment (min. 2-3 years)
- Good knowledge of processes in tax law firms and tax law
- Understanding of financial accounting and commercial processes
- Experience in customer consulting or project work
- High degree of personal responsibility and structured way of working
- Enjoyment of collaboration with various contact persons
