Project overview

As part of strengthening its Data & Infrastructure teams, our client, a major player in the health and insurance sector, is looking for a senior Oracle DBA.

Within a critical, high-volume environment, you will be responsible for the administration, performance, and availability of the company's databases.

You have significant experience in Oracle database administration and work autonomously in demanding production environments.

Work environment

• Administer, supervise, and maintain Oracle databases in operational condition;
• Ensure the performance, availability, and security of database environments;
• Carry out backup, restore, and disaster recovery plan operations;
• Analyze and resolve production incidents;
• Participate in Data architecture evolution projects;
• Implement best practices for database administration and optimization;
• Support development and operations teams on database-related topics;
• Write and maintain technical documentation.
• Excellent command of Oracle Database;
• Solid knowledge of performance tuning, backup, restore, and high availability;
• Mastery of monitoring and automation tools;
• Knowledge of scripting (Shell, SQL, PL/SQL).
• Experience with / knowledge of PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB;
• Knowledge of the health or insurance sector.
