Profile sought
You have extensive experience (around 10 years or more) in IT project management and/or business analysis, ideally in a banking environment. You are proficient in delivery management, portfolio management, budget and capacity management, release management, and agile frameworks. You know how to produce clear reporting for decision-making bodies. A Master's degree (Bac+5) is appreciated. Rigorous, structured, and comfortable with sponsors as well as technical teams, you have a sense of communication and initiative.

- Supervise the domain portfolio: capacities, financial tracking, delivery performance, real-time dashboard.
- Prepare quarterly allocation data and lead scenario modeling to inform prioritization decisions.
- Monitor the budget and cost indicators, identify savings opportunities, and report discrepancies to management.
- Analyze delivery flows to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Manage release and deployment planning by coordinating development, testing, and operations.
- Support domain managers in preparing Steering Committees and portfolio reviews.
- Advance agile governance: continuous improvement, risk management, change control.
