What you'll bring

• Lead delivery of the digital lung health check: an online service that asks people about their smoking history to work out their lung cancer risk
• Take it out of its test-and-learn pilot and into national roll-out
• Run the ceremonies for a multidisciplinary team working iteratively
• Make bold calls, and pivot fast when the evidence tells you to
• Keep pace and clinical safety in balance, working hand in hand with clinical colleagues
• Bring senior stakeholders with you as you help design a national screening programme, with the digital service at its heart
• A track record as a Delivery Lead or Delivery Manager on digital services, ideally in the public sector
• Agile delivery across discovery, Alpha, beta and live
• Confident, diplomatic stakeholder management at senior level
• Comfort making decisions when the picture is incomplete
• NHS or healthcare experience
• Exposure to clinical safety standards such as DCB0129 and DCB0160
