Job Title: Delivery Stream Lead

Job Description

Lead the MAS9 Configuration Workstream within a large-scale IBM transformation programme. Drive the transition from Maximo 7.6 (on-premise) to Maximo Application Suite (MAS9) in the cloud. Take ownership of workstream planning, delivery milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies. Coordinate configuration activities across business, technical, and third-party teams to ensure successful implementation.

• Lead and coordinate configuration activities across business, technical, and third-party teams.
• Review and rationalise existing Maximo customisations, scripts, and Legacy configurations.
• Collaborate closely with IBM, internal application teams, and other workstream leads to support solution design and implementation.
• Translate business requirements into functional design and MAS9 configuration solutions.
• Drive accountability, governance, and delivery across the Configuration stream.
• Manage cross-stream dependencies including Infrastructure, Integrations, Data, Testing, Security, and Business Process workstreams.
• Support the successful design, build, testing, and deployment of the MAS9 solution.
• Ensure delivery remains aligned to programme timelines, budget, and business objectives.
• Act as the key lead for Configuration stream stakeholders, risks, issues, and decision-making.
• Extensive experience with IBM Maximo and/or Maximo Application Suite (MAS).
• Previous experience leading a Configuration, Functional, Technical, or Delivery Workstream.
• Strong understanding of Maximo configuration, customisation, and implementation best practices.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience within complex enterprise programmes.
• experience managing technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Strong understanding of programme delivery, risk management, and dependency management.
• experience with enterprise system upgrades, cloud migration programmes, and system transformation initiatives.
• Ability to balance strategic delivery leadership with hands-on technical credibility.
• experience in Utilities, Infrastructure, Asset Management, or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) environments is desirable.
• experience working alongside IBM or large Systems Integrators is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
