Demand Manager Logistics & Planning

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Demand Manager for our Logistics and Planning team at the Frankfurt site. In this hybrid position, you will be responsible for the scheduling of semi-finished and finished goods along complex logistical chains and will significantly contribute to the optimization of our supply chain processes.

Your tasks include managing and optimizing logistical key figures such as coverage profiles and expiry date management. You will support new product launches through coordinated logistical concepts and carry out tasks in business planning, including inventory processing. Using modern ERP and planning systems, you will create forecasts for suppliers, maintain master data, and release operational orders. Furthermore, you will monitor quantity allocations, check order confirmations, and coordinate annual purchase quantities with supply partners.

You have a degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management, or a comparable field. Practical experience in Supply Chain Management, operational purchasing, or scheduling is desirable. You are proficient in SAP MM/SD and modern planning software and have sound knowledge of demand, inventory, and coverage management. Experience with warehousing processes, inventory management, and common reporting tools complete your profile. Good English and fluent German skills are required.
