Design Proofreader/QC Specialist

Project overview

Our client, an agency, is currently seeking a Design Proofreader/QC Specialist to support a quick-turn project reviewing presentation guidelines and associated creative materials. This role will focus on proofreading copy within guidelines and quality-checking guideline exhibits to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency with the direction provided. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines are essential. This is fully remote and is project based. The client is looking to get someone started as soon as this week!

Responsibilities

Proofread and review copy within presentation guidelines for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and consistency. QC guideline exhibits to ensure copy, content, and creative elements align with the direction and standards outlined in the guidelines. Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and errors across presentation materials. Review PowerPoint presentations for formatting, layout, and overall design consistency. Ensure all materials are accurate, polished, and ready for final delivery.

Requirements

Strong proofreading and quality assurance experience, particularly with PowerPoint presentations. Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication skills. Experience reviewing presentation materials for copy accuracy, formatting, and design consistency. Ability to assess content for relevance and alignment with established guidelines.
