- Design and development of components and assemblies with Siemens NX (focus) and CATIA
- Creation and adaptation of 3D CAD models based on customer-specific installation space data and design guidelines
- Creation and detailing of technical 2D drawings, taking into account currently valid GPS standards
- Design and optimization of sheet metal, stamping, and forming parts
- Development and design of sealing components, ideally multi-layer cylinder head gaskets or special seals
- Verification and assurance of production-friendly and standards-compliant design
- Management and maintenance of design data, drawings, and bills of materials in SAP/ECTR
- Coordination of technical requirements and design solutions with internal specialist departments
