Desktop Build & Deployment Technician
We’re hiring 10 Desktop Engineers for a 12-month project supporting a leading global investment management firm in Baltimore and Owings Mills, MD.
This is a hands-on, onsite role, five days per week, with occasional travel between local sites. Reliable transportation is required.
You’ll image, configure, test, and deploy Windows 11 devices for new hires, hardware refreshes, and large-scale rollouts. You’ll also troubleshoot build issues, document work in ServiceNow, and coordinate with technology teams to ensure devices are secure and ready to use.
Requirements
Windows imaging and configuration experience; familiarity with tools such as Intune, Autopilot, or SCCM; and working knowledge of Microsoft 365, BitLocker, OneDrive, and endpoint security. ServiceNow experience is a plus.
