Project overview

We are looking for an experienced DevOps engineer to support a player in the financial sector in the modernization and operation of its infrastructures.

You will be involved in topics related to the industrialization of deployments, the automation of operations, and the security of technical environments, in collaboration with development teams and product teams.

Your missions

Reporting to the technical teams, you will contribute to the stability, evolution, and optimization of infrastructures and deployment tools.

To this end, you will be responsible for:

Designing, administering, and evolving cloud infrastructures on Azure, Kubernetes clusters, and physical servers.

Maintaining and optimizing continuous integration and delivery pipelines, as well as automated deployment mechanisms.

Managing application deployments using orchestration tools and GitOps practices.

Ensuring the health monitoring of platforms and implementing appropriate supervision systems.

Ensuring the availability, security, and performance of technical environments.

Administering access control solutions for infrastructures, clusters, and databases.

Supporting developers in improving delivery processes and analyzing technical incidents.

Developing automations to simplify recurring operations and ensure reliable configuration management.

Participating in the evolution of DevOps practices and the improvement of operational tools.

A good understanding of application architectures will be useful for facilitating communication with development teams.

Profile sought

Higher education in IT, systems, networks, or infrastructures.

Professional experience of at least 3 years in a DevOps or infrastructure engineering role.

Good command of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD mechanisms.

Hands-on experience with a cloud platform such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Knowledge of security, availability, performance, and system supervision challenges.

Experience with Helm, GitOps deployments (Flux or Argo CD), and access management solutions is a plus.

Ability to work in a team, autonomy, and organizational skills.

Technical English allowing for written and oral communication.
