• The application is supported by a DevOps team. The team covers the mentioned scope of services. The application belongs to the timetable domain.
• Service provision takes place in support of the DevOps team. The collaboration model is based on Scrum and SAFe.
• Explanation of the communication structure:
• Documentation in Jira and Confluence provided by the client.
• Implementation of new requirements for the existing CI/CD infrastructure (multi-project) in compliance with the client's standards (e.g., use of standardized development environments and programming guidelines). Expansion and troubleshooting of/on the existing CI/CD infrastructure (multi-project). Documentation of technical components. Creation of system documentation. Creation of delivery packages for the relevant applications.
