DevOps Engineer - GenAI Platform Position at our client from the banking industry in Zurich.

Responsibilities

Your knowledge:

What distinguishes you:

• Configure and operate Azure cloud resources such as API Management, AKS, Azure Functions, OpenAI, AI Search, Document Intelligence, Foundry, and Storage Accounts using Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Automate build, test, and release processes for GenAI applications in development, test, and production environments.
• Develop and optimize technical concepts and architectural solutions for the GenAI platform and represent them to security and architecture committees.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms with tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Azure Monitor to ensure stable operation.
• Support client applications with onboarding, integrations, and operational issues.
• Develop and expand code-based solutions for authorization, routing, logging, monitoring, and guardrails.
• Sound experience with DevOps toolchains such as Git, GitLab, Docker, and Terraform.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure Cloud Services and Kubernetes-based environments.
• Experience with GenAI technologies, ideally with RAG and Agentic AI.
• Very good understanding of authentication and authorization with Azure Entra ID, RBAC, and OAuth.
• Knowledge of Python and/or Java as well as other technologies such as XML, C#, and APIM Policies.
• Language skills: German
• Analytical and conceptual thinking.
• High initiative and structured way of working.
• Strong team and communication skills.
