• Implementation and maintenance of infrastructure and platform tools such as cloud computing platforms, container orchestration and management tools, among others;
• Automation of processes for software deployment, configuration, and management, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD);
• Development of scripts and tools for automating repetitive tasks and processes;
• Monitoring and analysis of system and application performance and availability;
• Cooperation with developers to ensure that applications run smoothly in production and meet the client's business requirements;
• Promotion of a collaborative culture and continuous improvement between development and operations;
• Introduction and implementation of DevOps practices, including Agile methods, continuous integration and deployment, and test automation;
• Reviewing the security of systems and applications, including access control,
• Intrusion detection and prevention, and protection against cyber attacks;
• Documentation of processes, systems, and applications;
• Evaluation of new technologies and tools that can improve DevOps practices.

Your Qualifications

• (Must) 5 years of experience in building and operating CI/CD pipelines including container builds, promotions, and quality gates (e.g., GitLab CI/CD)
• (Must) 5 years of experience with container orchestration and platform operations (Kubernetes, EKS and/or AKS, Helm)
• (Must) 5 years of experience with Infrastructure as Code and GitOps (e.g., Terraform, AWS CDK, Bicep, FluxCD/ArgoCD)
• (Must) Responsibility for automation and operation of scalable cloud environments in AWS and/or Microsoft Azure in 2 projects
• (Must) 3 years of experience with AI-supported tools in the development/operations environment (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Amazon Q for code generation, automation, or documentation)
• (Should) 3 years of experience with observability and alerting (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, OpenTelemetry) in containerized environments
• (Should) 3 years of experience with security and compliance automation (Zero Trust, IAM/RBAC, Policy-as-Code via OPA/Gatekeeper or Azure Policy, container security with Trivy)
• (Should) 3 years of experience with IT Service Management according to ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change Management) including on-call duty / 2nd-3rd level support
• (Should) 3 years of experience in working with agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe including PI Planning/ART level, Scrum, Kanban)
• (Should) Experience with Event-Driven Architecture / Messaging (e.g., Apache Kafka, AWS MSK, EventBridge, SNS/SQS) from 2 projects
• (Should) 3 years of experience in backend/service development for pipeline and platform integration (Java/Spring Boot, REST/OpenAPI; optionally TypeScript/Angular)
