- Terraform at module-authoring level 5+ years IaC experience overall, 3+ years specifically authoring composable modules, remote state design, per-workload state isolation, and using [code]moved[/code] blocks/imports to refactor without destroying live resources
- Azure core services, 3+ years: AKS (node pools, workload identity, namespaces, RBAC), VNet hub-spoke, NSGs, Private Endpoints, Key Vault, PostgreSQL Flexible Server, Blob/ADLS, ACR, Managed Identities, Azure Policy, Entra app registrations
- Application Gateway + WAF v2, 2+ years, at listener/host-rule/backend-pool/health-probe/cert-binding level, plus AGIC on AKS
- Demonstrable, hands-on Google Cloud Platform Azure migration experience this is the core of the role, not a nice-to-have
- Least-privilege RBAC design able to justify every role assignment
