🔎 MISSION CONTEXT

As part of the transformation of its Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and the deployment of SaaS solutions, we are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer / Developer to support the implementation, automation, and supervision of the solutions.

You will be involved within the Agile HR teams, in collaboration with business and technical teams, and with the software vendors.

🎯 ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL SKILLS

✅ BMC Control-M: concrete experience in scheduling and flow control (priority criterion).

✅ Scripting: Python, PowerShell, CMD.

✅ CI/CD: GitLab, Jenkins.

✅ REST / SOAP APIs.

✅ JSON, XML, and ideally XSLT.

✅ SQL.

✅ Infrastructure, production, and operations culture.

✅ Environment monitoring and supervision.

• Implementation and evolution of monitoring systems (Datadog).
• Definition and tracking of HRIS scope health KPIs.
• Incident analysis and resolution.
• Development and operation of REST / SOAP APIs.
• Management of data exchanges in JSON / XML.
• Use of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Participation in the evolution towards an event-driven architecture (Kafka).
• Control and administration of scheduling chains with BMC Control-M.
• Planning and supervision of processes.
• Malfunction analysis and resolution.
• Optimization and reliability of existing flows.
• Development and maintenance of Python, PowerShell, and CMD scripts.
• Automation of recurring tasks, tests, and data flows.
• Implementation and improvement of CI/CD pipelines.
• Use of GitLab and Jenkins.
• Integration of technical components, particularly SSO mechanisms.
