Job description
We are looking for a DevOps Platform Engineer to develop and operate Kubernetes clusters on AWS (EKS), ensure a stable cloud platform, and automate infrastructure and deployments. The role involves optimizing developer experience and participating in on-call rotations.
Responsibilities
- Development and operation of Kubernetes clusters on AWS (EKS)
- Ensuring a stable, scalable, and secure cloud platform
- Automation of infrastructure and deployments
- Setup and further development of observability stacks with Grafana, Prometheus, Thanos, and CloudWatch
- Optimization of developer experience and development of self-service offerings and golden paths
- Continuous improvement of the platform regarding performance, security, and scalability
- Transparent and understandable documentation of work
- Participation in on-call duty to ensure reliable platform operation
