✅ Manage and resolve production incidents.

✅ Diagnose system, application, and infrastructure malfunctions.

✅ Ensure the operational readiness of Cloud platforms.

✅ Perform root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.

✅ Monitor environment performance and identify optimization areas.

✅ Participate in the automation of operational tasks.

✅ Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines.

✅ Guarantee the availability and stability of Kubernetes platforms.

Profile sought

✔ You have solid experience in operations, production, or systems administration.

✔ You have mastered advanced Linux troubleshooting.

✔ You are comfortable with concepts of CPU, memory, I/O, load average, and performance analysis.

✔ You have experience managing critical incidents in a production environment.

✔ You are familiar with GCP and/or Azure Cloud environments.

✔ You master Kubernetes and modern DevOps tools.

✔ You are capable of intervening quickly and effectively during major incidents.

Ability to intervene concretely in production.
