Job description
We are looking for a DevSecOps specialist to join our Manufacturing Foundation team, focusing on improving developer experience and optimizing platforms using technologies like Openshift and DevSpaces.
Project overview
Context
As part of strengthening the Manufacturing Foundation team, we are looking for a managed service specialized in DevSecOps practices and containerization, particularly Openshift and DevSpaces technologies. The main mission will be to improve the developer experience and optimize our platforms in a rich and complex technical environment.
The desired profile must be versatile, ideally with knowledge of the development world, capable of communicating with both infrastructure and developers.
Missions
- Platform Administration & Optimization: Maintain the operational condition of platforms (OpenShift, Gitlab, Harbor, Nexus, ...), manage resources, and ensure compliance with quality and security standards.
- CI/CD Chain: Design, build, and optimize deployment pipelines.
- DevSpaces Deployment: Configure, customize, and promote the use of DevSpaces among development teams (creation of devfiles, workspace management, ...).
- Automation: Reduce technical debt through automation (Ansible, Terraform, ...) and tool everything that can be automated to optimize the developer experience (e.g., by implementing self-service capabilities).
- Support & Evangelization: Assist developers and operations staff from various DDSI departments in adopting our tools, resolve issues related to their use, and popularize best practices.
- Documentation: Write and maintain various documentation (technical specifications, operating procedures, exploitation procedures, ...).
