Context:
Jissen is assisting a large industrial group that wishes to build its 3-5 year Cloud, Data, and AI master plan. The mission covers the current state, target definition, gap analysis, roadmap, and return on investment.
Missions:
Skills:
- Lead the development of the master plan, from the initial assessment to the final presentation
- Facilitate interviews and workshops with IT, business units, and senior management
- Provide market insights (public and sovereign cloud, data platforms, generative AI) and trends to inform target choices
- Build trajectory scenarios and arbitrate them with decision-makers
- Develop the business case and ROI for the roadmap
- Prepare and deliver presentations to the executive committee
- Management of IT or Cloud master plans
- Knowledge of the cloud, data, and AI market
- Building business cases and cost models (TCO, FinOps)
- IT governance and change management
- Executive-level communication
