Digital and AI Diagnostics Consultant for the Healthcare Sector

Project overview

To strengthen our teams, we are looking for consultants with prior experience in supporting and advising HR structures in the healthcare sector, specifically in Digital and Artificial Intelligence.

The objective is to identify work situations where digital technology and/or artificial intelligence can bring useful improvements, assess the conditions for its adoption, and inform the analysis of impacts on professions, skills, and organization.

The missions consist of conducting professional interviews, analyzing usage and difficulties, scoping use cases, evaluating their relevance and feasibility, prioritizing, and creating a roadmap linked to HR support:

The restitution and deliverables must enable the structure to decide where digital technology and/or AI presents real interest, under what conditions to consider it, and what support needs to be deepened before its adoption.

The intervention must distinguish what relates to technology, organization, and skills development. It must also assess the implementation conditions: available resources, team availability, usage security, and the capacity to continue actions after the support.

For AI, identifying a relevant use case is only a first step. It is also necessary to determine which tasks would be modified, which checks would remain necessary, who would be responsible for the results, and what skills professionals would need to acquire. The technological interest must thus be confronted with the realities of work and the conditions for responsible adoption.
