- At least 10 years of experience with ICT systems in logistics, transport, or terminal operations
- Practical experience with Terminal Operating Systems, Port Community Systems, or logistics platforms
- Experience with automation, gate management, and data integration platforms
- Proven competence in system integration across multiple stakeholders, e.g., ports, customs, rail, and logistics service providers
- Experience in digitization projects for logistics or transport infrastructure
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field

- Analyze and document ICT and digitization requirements for an inland container depot
- Define requirements and specifications for Terminal Operating Systems (TOS) and automation systems
- Recommend suitable digital solutions to increase efficiency and transparency in operations
- Develop an integration architecture for rail, customs, and logistics platforms
- Conceptually prepare the integration into the National Single Window and propose an integration strategy
- Support the creation of technical tender documents for ICT components
- Technically evaluate ICT bids from suppliers and develop recommendations for decisions
- Contribute requirements and recommendations on cybersecurity, data management, and sustainable system architecture
