Digital Workplace Engineer

Project overview

Within the Workplace Management team (Desktop Administration), you will ensure a secure, high-performing, and user-centric work environment. This includes business-critical trading workstations.

Profile sought

• Package, test, and deploy applications across all workstations
• Administer and optimize workstation management and monitoring tools (Intune, Nexthink…)
• Manage workstation vulnerabilities, security, and compliance
• Lead or contribute to projects and deployments (new tools, new versions, Windows/M365 updates)
• Provide Level 3 support to Helpdesk and Support teams: escalations, root cause analyses, and major incident coordination
• Share your knowledge and support the support teams
• Drive continuous improvement of Workplace processes and user experience

Requirements

• Excellent command of application packaging tools such as InstallShield, Smart Package Studio, and Caphyon Advanced Installer
• More than 7 years of proven experience in workplace or endpoint administration in an enterprise environment
• Microsoft Intune: enrollment, compliance, configuration profiles, security policies, application deployment, Windows Autopilot
• Windows 11 Administration
• PowerShell Scripting
• ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change) and ServiceNow as an ITSM tool

Nice to have

• Use of AppDeploy
• Nexthink: DEX monitoring, dashboards, remote actions, campaigns
• Remote and virtual environments (RDP, VDI, O365)
• Good knowledge of Zscaler, GlobalProtect, and CrowdStrike
• Additional scripting skills (.NET, Node.js, Java)
• Software Asset Management
