Digital Workplace Engineer - Packaging

Project overview

We are looking for a Digital Workplace Engineer specializing in packaging for a long-term mission with our client in the banking/finance sector in the Paris region. You will join a workstation administration team, present on several sites and in close contact with the Helpdesk. Your objective: to guarantee a secure, high-performance, and user-centric work environment, including for critical trading workstations.

Profile sought

You have over 7 years of experience in workstation or endpoint administration in an enterprise environment. You have mastered packaging tools (InstallShield, Smart Package Studio, Advanced Installer), Microsoft Intune (enrollment, compliance, profiles, Autopilot), Windows 11, and PowerShell scripting. You are familiar with ITIL processes (incident, problem, change) and ServiceNow. A plus: Nexthink, AppDeploy, VDI/RDP, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, software asset management. Fluent French and English required.

You are rigorous, autonomous, have good interpersonal skills, are customer-oriented, and comfortable in an international environment. You take initiative and know how to defend your ideas while fostering dialogue.

• Package, test, and deliver applications on workstations
• Administer and optimize workstation management and monitoring tools (Intune, Nexthink)
• Manage endpoint vulnerabilities, security, and compliance
• Lead or contribute to projects and deployments (new tools, new versions, Windows and M365 updates)
• Provide Level 3 support to the Helpdesk: escalations, root cause analysis, major incident coordination
• Share your knowledge and support support teams
• Improve processes and user experience by automating and industrializing activities
