Contract: Temp to Perm
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Disrepair Supervisor to join a social housing team in North West London on a temp-to-perm basis.
The successful candidate will have strong experience within social housing disrepair, managing contractors, dealing with residents and carrying out regular site/property inspections.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor contractors to ensure works are completed to a high standard.
- Carry out property inspections and oversee disrepair works.
- Liaise with residents and manage expectations throughout the works.
- Monitor progress, quality and completion of repairs.
- Identify and resolve issues with contractors and residents.
- Maintain accurate records and provide updates to internal teams.
- Start: flexible
- Location: London, UK, GB
- Rate: 30-35 EUR/h
