Lecturer for AI in Online Marketing & Social Media Wanted – Live Online

Project overview

Match4Solutions GmbH (brand Match4IT) is an AZAV-certified training provider from Cologne. We train marketing and sales teams as well as job seekers in the profitable use of AI in online marketing, funded by the Employment Agency.

For our courses in online marketing and social media, we are looking for lecturers with real practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducting live online classes in certified marketing further education courses according to existing concepts and curriculum
• Teaching online marketing, social media, content creation, and campaign planning, each with AI support
• Guiding practical projects, e.g., content plans, ads, texts, and visuals with AI tools
• Guiding participants towards certifications (including Google, Microsoft)
• Documenting attendance and learning progress

Requirements

Work model: Remote, live online classes in half-day blocks Monday to Friday (mornings 8:00 AM–12:00 PM or afternoons 12:30 PM–4:30 PM)

• Several years of practical experience in online marketing or social media (agency, company, or self-employed)
• Confident use of AI tools for marketing tasks
• Teaching experience in adult education, ideally in the funded sector (AZAV)
• Ability to convey content clearly and practically
• Reliability throughout the entire course duration

Project details

Long-term, courses up to 10 months

Expected outcome: Successful delivery of certified marketing further education courses with practical teaching of AI-supported online marketing skills, as well as guiding participants to certificate completion.
