Job description
Seeking an SAP Business Objects expert to manage and administer the BO platform, including user access, incident handling, and integration with various data sources. The role also involves monitoring, security, and documentation.
Project overview
+ Service Monitoring (CMC/Server, Automic) and possibly sizing/optimization
+ Monitoring (Application Security, Technical State Compliance) and resolution of identified security risks
+ Connecting new connections to the BO platform (Oracle-DB, SAP-BW OLAP, Denodo-ODBC)
+ BO authorization management, incident, request, and change processing
+ Administration of 3rd-party applications (MIS/EasyCockpit, 360Suite)
+ Maintenance of documentation in Confluence
Requirements
+ min. 3 years of experience in SAP Business Objects, esp. BO authorization management, incident, request, and change processing
+ several years of experience in housekeeping and user support
+ relevant experience in connecting new connections to the BO platform (Oracle-DB, SAP-BW OLAP, Denodo-ODBC)
+ knowledge in BO server administration (CMS/Tomcat configuration files)
+ knowledge in handling applications such as CyberArk, Automic, ServiceNow, Azure Devops, and Confluence
+ experience with Oracle databases
+ experience in supporting maintenance work on the IT infrastructure (servers, databases, etc.)
+ very good German and English skills, spoken and written
