Draftsman (m/f/d) Permit Planning for Infrastructure and Civil Engineering Projects

Project overview

For several long-term construction projects, an experienced draftsman, construction technician, architect, or civil engineer (m/f/d) is sought immediately to support permit planning.

The focus is on the independent creation and processing of plan documents and technical proofs for building application and permit procedures in the areas of technical buildings, utility systems, and infrastructure structures.

Framework Conditions

Responsibilities

Creation and processing of floor plans, elevations, and sections

Representation of existing, demolition, and new construction measures

Creation of site plans and open space plans

Creation of setback area plans

Performance of area and volume calculations (GRZ, GFZ, BGF, and BRI)

Creation of the required graphical proofs for building applications

Checking, revising, and adapting existing plan documents

Incorporation of planning changes and technical specifications

Compilation of the required plan documents and calculations for permit procedures

Independent processing of several construction projects in coordination with project management

Requirements

Completed degree in architecture or civil engineering, training as a construction technician, draftsman, or comparable qualification

Several years of practical experience in civil engineering planning, ideally in permit planning

Sound experience in the creation of building application documents

Proficient use of CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Archicad

Knowledge of the relevant state building codes and building law regulations

Experience in creating area and volume calculations

Ability for independent and structured processing of multiple projects

Technical understanding and careful working method

Experience with technical buildings, utility systems, or infrastructure projects is an advantage
