o Optimization of business processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
o Central interface between internal specialist departments and external implementation partners
o Recording, analysis, and coordination of business requirements and coordination of implementation
o Support for the connection and integration of CRM and DMS systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
o Consulting on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as well as connected CRM and DMS solutions
o Management of user accounts and access rights as well as creation and adaptation of document layouts and role center interfaces
o Analysis of data from business applications using business intelligence solutions
