Responsibilities

• Coordination between the development teams and the system administrators
• Creation of process documentation for customer releases
• => specifically Cutover, operating manuals, system documentation
• Configuration, coordination of the execution of customer release cutovers until go-live
• Consulting and support during the go-live of the systems
• => Topics: CRM with SLT + HANA, S/4 Hana, PO, NWDI, SLD, BO, NW Java systems and Solution Manager
• Consultation and advice with development departments on technical aspects for new developments
• Interface between development and the Basis team with high communication requirements
• Creation and maintenance of documentation

• University degree or comparable knowledge from professional practice
• Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP projects
• Profound experience as a Technical Coordinator and Configuration Manager
• Experience with the execution of customer release cutovers until go-live
• Experience in organization and planning of configuration management
• Good knowledge in transport management
• Basic knowledge of configuration of ABAP systems and interface technologies
