Project overview

Context

As a Dynamics 365 Finance Developer, you will join a team responsible for the development, evolution, and technical support of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP. You will actively participate in the quality, continuous improvement, and optimization of ERP solutions in an agile environment.

• Develop customizations and extensions on Dynamics 365 F&O (X++, .NET, extensions).
• Actively participate in the technical analysis of functional requirements.
• Be a driving force in technical choices and solutions to implement, challenging expressed needs.
• Implement interfaces (APIs, web services, integration with Power Platform).
• Perform unit, technical, and integration tests with a focus on quality.
• Implement and maintain automated tests using ATL (Acceptance Test Library) to ensure reliability and speed up development validation.
• Contribute to the automation of functional tests and their integration into CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure corrective and evolutionary maintenance of developments.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants to ensure solution consistency.
• Rigorously document developments and technical procedures.
• Participate in the definition and optimization of development, test, and production environments.
• Track versions and deliveries in Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Repos).
• Be a driving force in the continuous improvement of ERP delivery processes.
• Explore and test new approaches, tools, or methodologies to optimize productivity and the quality of deliverables.
• X++ language and Dynamics 365 F&O development environment.
• Visual Studio, LCS (Lifecycle Services), PPAC (Power Platform Admin Center).
• Data Entities, Batch Jobs, Event Handlers, Extensions.
• Integrations via OData, REST API, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Repos).
• CI/CD principles and cloud environments (Azure).
• Automated testing tools, including ATL (Acceptance Test Library).
• Agile methodologies (daily, sprint planning, retrospective).
