Responsibilities

For one of our clients, we are currently looking for an "E-Learning Developer" to conceptualize, create, and further develop digital learning offerings & explainer videos.

The utilization is 10 PT per year.

• Conceptualization, development, and further development of e-learning offerings and digital learning formats
• Didactic preparation of complex content for different target groups
• Creation of explainer videos, screencasts, and interactive learning content
• Storyboarding, scriptwriting, and visual and audiovisual design of learning media
• Coordination with specialist departments, stakeholders, and project teams, including workshops and presentations

Requirements

• Confident use of authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or comparable solutions
• Several years of experience in the development of e-learnings, digital learning formats, and learning concepts
• Several years of experience in the production of explainer videos, screencasts, and interactive learning content, including storyboarding and scriptwriting
• Confident use of video and audio editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Camtasia
• Sound media didactic knowledge as well as strong communication, moderation, and presentation skills

Nice to have

• Project experience in the public sector
• Knowledge in animation, motion design, and visual storytelling
• Practical experience with AI-supported tools for content and media creation
• Experience in the development of microlearning and blended learning concepts
