We are currently looking for an E-Learning and Explainer Video Developer (m/f/d) for one of our clients.

Our client faces the challenge of creating professional e-learning applications and explainer videos.

• Project location: Münster
• Period: April 1, 2027, to December 31, 2028
• Work mix: 20 person-days total, 10 PD per year

• Conception, creation, and further development of digital learning formats and e-learning offerings
• Didactic preparation of content for different target groups
• Development and production of explainer videos, screencasts, and interactive learning content
• Storyboarding for script creation as well as visual and audiovisual design
• Collaboration with specialist departments, stakeholders, and interdisciplinary project teams
• Professional communication, moderation, and presentation skills
• Content and media creation
• At least 3 years in the conception, creation, and further development of digital learning formats and e-learning offerings
• At least 3 years of experience in the didactic preparation of complex content for different target groups
• At least 3 years of experience in the development and production of explainer videos, screencasts, and interactive learning content
• At least 3 years of experience in storyboarding, script creation, and visual and audiovisual design
• At least 3 years of experience in using common authoring tools and video editing software, in collaboration with specialist departments, stakeholders, and interdisciplinary project teams
• At least 3 years in conducting workshops, coordination meetings, and presentations on learning and media concepts
• Confident use of authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or comparable
• Confident use of video and audio editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Camtasia, or comparable
• Sound knowledge of media didactic and methodological concepts
• Ideally, project experience in the public sector
• Experience with animation, motion design, and visual storytelling
• Experience in using AI-supported tools for content and media creation
• Experience in developing microlearning and blended learning concepts
