Educational Project Manager

Project overview

As project manager, you will lead the Albeda Flexibiliseert project.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Lead the Albeda Flexibiliseert project and ensure project objectives are met
• Translate design principles for modular and flexible education into Albeda's practice
• Develop a project approach, planning, and implementation strategy together with involved colleagues
• Guide colleges and educational teams on issues related to flexibilization, modularization, and curriculum development
• Connect education development with change management issues and guide implementation processes
• Collaborate with the Education Development Network, educational logistics, Study Success, Smarter Working, and other organization-wide programs
• Advise management, directors, and project groups on strategic choices regarding flexible education
• Stimulate knowledge development and professionalization around learning outcomes, curriculum design, and modular education
• Monitor the coherence between education, processes, logistics, and systems
• Ensure the embedding of results within the regular organization
• Master's degree, preferably in Educational Sciences, Educational Studies, Learning & Innovation, or something similar
• Demonstrable background in curriculum development and educational innovation within secondary vocational education (mbo) or higher education
• Experience in managing large-scale projects or programs
• Knowledge of flexible education, learning outcomes, modularization, and educational design
• Expertise in change management and experience with implementing changes
• Experience in advising directors and management teams
• Strong analytical skills and organizational sensitivity
• Ability to bring together diverse interests
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
