Introduction of BPMN and Process Automation in the Banking Environment

Project overview

We are looking for a consultant to support making internal processes more transparent and efficient. The goal: to automate processes and draw reliable evaluations and analyses from the data obtained. For this, we are looking for an experienced consultant who will implement the introduction of process automation both technically and practically. From preparation through conception to implementation.

Responsibilities

• As-Is Analysis: Record and evaluate internal processes, identify weaknesses and automation potential.
• Automation Concept: Show possibilities for automation, with a focus on data quality and evaluability (reporting, analyses).
• PoC BPMN: Design and implement a Proof of Concept for the introduction of BPMN in the banking environment.
• Software Selection: Clarify requirements with the customer, compare solutions, and recommend the optimal software for BPMN introduction.
• AI Use: Examine and integrate opportunities and application areas of AI in the introduction process.
• Hands-on Implementation: Consulting and implementation together with a team, practical and with a clear focus on results.

Requirements

• Banking experience, ideally in the cooperative environment
• Very good BPMN knowledge
• Very good data management knowledge
• Many years of experience in the compliance and regulatory environment
• Experience in the introduction of process automation
• Hands-on mentality
• Understanding of the use of AI in processes
