For the modernization and technical revision of existing control cabinets, we are looking for an experienced electrical designer / EPLAN expert (m/f/d).
Responsibilities
- Recording and analysis of existing control cabinet and system documentation
- Checking existing electrical hardware and identifying outdated components
- Creation and revision of circuit diagrams with EPLAN P8
- Planning and design of new control cabinet solutions as part of retrofit measures
- Creation of assembly plans, terminal diagrams, cable lists, and parts lists
- Selection of suitable replacement and successor components
- Coordination with automation, commissioning, and production teams
- Technical support during modification, wiring, and commissioning
- Maintenance and creation of revision documentation
Requirements
- Several years of experience in electrical design
- Very good knowledge of EPLAN P8
- Experience in the planning and design of control cabinets
- Sound knowledge of industrial and automation technology
- Confident handling of circuit diagrams and electrical documentation
- Experience with retrofit or modernization projects
- Knowledge of relevant electrical standards and guidelines
