Electrical Engineering Project Manager Data Center Infrastructure

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineering Project Manager for the planning, coordination, and implementation of complex electrical systems in data center projects.

Your tasks include the development, testing, and optimization of technical concepts for medium and low-voltage systems, UPS systems, emergency power supply, switchgear, power distribution, lighting, grounding, and building automation. You will create and review planning documents, perform calculations and load analyses, and develop technical specifications.

Furthermore, you will support tender processes through technical evaluation of offers and take over construction supervision and site management with full responsibility for quality, costs, deadlines, and compliance with technical requirements. You will oversee commissioning, functional tests, integrated systems testing, and commissioning up to final acceptance.

We expect several years of experience in the planning and realization of data center projects as well as profound knowledge in medium and low-voltage technology, UPS systems, and emergency power supply. Experience in both technical planning and site management of electrical installations should be demonstrated. Knowledge of building automation and critical infrastructure is required.

Experience in project management of complex construction and infrastructure projects with cost, schedule, quality, and risk management is necessary. Good knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, standards, and guidelines as well as experience with commissioning and integrated systems testing in highly available infrastructures complete the profile.

The position is limited to 1.5 years and starts in November 2026.
